Every listing is checked before it goes live.

Students often choose a place to live without seeing it first. Admin review keeps the marketplace trustworthy.

Pricing & commission

Simple, published pricing.

Listing costs ₹1,000 per property per year — the first 250 PGs to go live get their first year free. On rent collected through PGCON, a 5% platform fee applies:

95%Paid to you as the owner
2%To the student who referred your listing
3%Platform fee to PGCON

Listings that weren't referred by a student keep the 2% as part of the platform fee.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a PG owner, earn 2% every month.

Every student account comes with an 8-character referral code. When an owner lists with your code and collects rent through PGCON, you earn automatically.
